Win Prizes!

The Technology Showcase encourages, recognizes and rewards outstanding achievement in the integration of content and technology.  Contestants are asked to showcase a project that uses a multimedia packages such as PowerPoint or HyperStudio or a web-based project.  The project may be a class assignment or something prepared specifically for this competition.  Contestants may enter individually or as a team.

Eligibility:

There re four different categories for eligibility.  One category is for students in grades 3-5, the second is for Middle School students (grades 6-8), the third is for High School students (grades 9-12) and the fourth is for teacher-education college students.  Contestants may enter individually or with a team of no more than three that are all in the same age grade category.  That is, there could be a team of two third graders and a fifth grader or a team of a high school freshman, junior and senior, but not a team of a fifth grader and an eighth grader.

Each individual or team entry must have an adult sponsor.  The sponsor may be a teacher, parent or community member.
