Approved Course Description:
Exploration of research materials, objectives, methods and learning strategies in teaching reading at elementary and middle school levels, including content area reading. Students will be expected to tutor learners in reading. Course utilizes state and national curriculum standards in reading. Includes a Level II field experience.  

Prerequisites: Admission to Teacher Education; LIBM 205
