I am an Assistant Professor in Information Systems at the College of Business and Information Systems, Dakota State University. I work in the area of knowledge management, and technologies for knowledge management and decision support. I am currently studying organizational knowledge flows and developing workflow-based techniques for automating knowledge flow in organizations. I am also an affiliate member of the Enterprise Process Innovation and Computing Lab (EPIC) at the University of Arizona, where I collaborate with UA researchers  to explore process-driven mechanisms for knowledge distribution and enterprise communication.
