- DSU has been accredited by the National Security Agency as a Center of Excellence in Information Assurance. Yes, the NSA. This is a BIG deal. If you are serious about a degree in computer security you need to attend a nationally recognized center.
- DSU has a top notch I. A. Laboratory. (i.e. a "Hacker Lab"). We are strong advocates of hands on. At DSU you'll learn theory and gain an applied knowledgebase as well. You'll play with real hacker tools to learn: sniffing, scanning, enumeration, exploitation and more. You may even loose an actual virus to see it in action.
- DSU's "Computer and Network Security" degree is the perfect blend technical and practical experience.
