While my husband was in the military I got to see most of Europe as well as most of the United States. This is not where I picked up my love of traveling. I learned that from my parents. Every summer we traveled to an historic area in the United States. By the time I graduated from High School, I had seen many of the historic landmarks in the United States. I did not see the Eastern third of the United States until after my husband and I started moving around while he was in the military.
