Welcome to
my web page. I am currently an Associate Professor of
Information Systems at the College
of Business and Information Systems and the Dean for Graduate Studies and
Research at Dakota
State University in Madison,
SD.
My
research interests include: decision support systems, multiple criteria
decision making, and the application of decision
technologies in environmental management for
sustainable development, healthcare, and
security planning and management.
I
teach courses in Systems Analysis and Design, Project Management, Decision
Support System, and the Management and Evaluation

I have an inter-disciplinary
educational background and training in information technology, computer science,
economics, and operations research. In addition to my academic credentials, I
have industry experience as an analyst, modeler, and programmer.
I am a member of
AIS, ACM,
INFORMS,
DSI and
MCDM.
